A Few Things

Brand X (now going by his real name) of That Thin Line shot me an email to let me know they’re back up after an extended hiatus. They’re out of the box and pulling no punches, so check ‘em out.

Go rent A New World. It’s the most visually beautiful film I have seen in years. Shot with natural lighting and historically accurate sets/locations. They basically rebuilt Jamestown as it was (from what we know of it). And the girl who plays Pocahontas is stunning, perfect casting right there.

Also, if you like horror, go buy Demon Theory by Stephen Graham Jones. My copy hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t review it, but I trust his abilities to recommend it before I even read it.
